KI wird überall herumgereicht. Mitarbeitende nutzen Werkzeuge ohne gemeinsame Regeln, Ideen gibt es viele, Prioritäten wenige – und Anbieter versprechen viel. Was es braucht, ist eine Auslegeordnung: ein nüchterner Blick darauf, wo KI in Ihrem Unternehmen Sinn macht. Und wo nicht.

AI is being passed around everywhere. Staff use tools without shared rules, there are plenty of ideas and few priorities — and vendors promise a lot. What is needed is a clear stocktake: a sober look at where AI makes sense in your organisation. And where it doesn’t.

Interim Leadership

Interim-Mandate auf Geschäftsleitungsebene: E-Commerce, Cross-Channel, Supply Chain, Country Management. Übergangsphasen, Reorganisationen, Aufbau neuer Bereiche, auch dort, wo KI-Vorhaben eine Führung brauchen, die Transformation kann. Ich übernehme operative Verantwortung und übergebe sauber.

Interim roles at executive level: e-commerce, cross-channel, supply chain, country management. Transition periods, reorganisations, building up new units — including where AI initiatives need leadership that knows how transformation actually works. I take on operational responsibility and hand over cleanly.

Konkrete Mandate von Pricing über Sortiment und Forecast bis Omnichannel-Integration. Vom Konzept bis zum produktiven Einsatz: mit KI, wo sie messbar Wirkung bringt, und bewusst ohne, wo nicht. Ich kenne Projekte von beiden Seiten: aus der Steuerung — Aufbau eines Projektportfolios, Jahre in Projektboards — und aus der Umsetzung.

Hands-on assignments from pricing through assortment and forecasting to omnichannel integration. From concept to go-live: with AI where it produces measurable results, and deliberately without where it doesn’t. I know projects from both sides: from oversight — building a project portfolio, years on project boards — and from delivery.
